2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Post-Delivery)

If you accepted and paid for the parcel but later change your mind or need a different size, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange facility.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The unstitched fabric must remain uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and branded packaging intact.
• Note: Sale items and customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Post-Delivery Return/Exchange:

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the dress in its original flyer and packaging.
3. Ship it Back: Send the parcel to our address via any local courier (e.g., TCS, Leopards, CallCourier). Please note that return shipping charges for post-delivery changes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process (For COD Orders):
Since the majority of our orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are fast and simple. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued directly via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.
